Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of newbet Services
Welcome to newbet. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and newbet (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the newbet online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services and refrain from creating an account. 2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with newbet or use any of our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. newbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions: Our Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law at the time you access our Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of newbet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. newbet operates under international gaming licenses and does not hold a license from Indonesian regulatory authorities. You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and you access our Services at your own discretion and risk.
2.3 Account Registration Requirements: To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with newbet. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are attempting to operate more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed through duplicate accounts, and forfeit any winnings derived from such activities. Any deposits made through duplicate accounts will be returned to the original payment method, minus applicable processing fees.
2.5 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify newbet customer support immediately.
3.1 Verification Requirement: newbet is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide all documents and information reasonably requested by newbet to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. This includes but is not limited to government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last three months), and selfie photographs holding your identification document.
3.2 Timing of Verification: newbet may request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: during account registration, upon first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or when suspicious activity is detected. You must provide the requested documents within 14 days of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
3.3 Document Requirements: All KYC documents must be clear, legible, unaltered, and valid (not expired). Documents must display your full name, date of birth, photograph, and other identifying information as applicable. Scanned copies, high-quality photographs, or PDF versions are acceptable. We do not accept screenshots, photocopies of photocopies, or documents with obscured information.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: newbet accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. Additionally, we accept deposits via e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method but is generally Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. You are responsible for ensuring your deposits comply with your payment provider's terms and conditions.
4.3 Deposit Processing: Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly. Deposits from other banks and e-wallets are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. If your deposit is not credited to your Account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with transaction details including transaction ID, amount, date, time, and sending bank or e-wallet.
4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from a bank account or e-wallet not in your name) are strictly prohibited. If we detect a third-party deposit, we reserve the right to return the funds to the originating payment method, charge administrative fees, suspend your Account, and void any bets placed with those funds.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering: newbet is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal Requirements: To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and you must have met all applicable wagering requirements including bonus wagering requirements and the minimum 1x deposit turnover requirement. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name matching your Account registration details.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 20,000,000 per day, Silver members up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, and Gold members up to Rp 100,000,000 per day. Monthly withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your Account dashboard.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 4 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB) for verified accounts. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Gold VIP members receive priority processing with guaranteed 15-minute processing times 24/7. These timeframes apply to newbet's internal processing; actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank's processing schedules.
5.4 Withdrawal Fees: newbet does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may be subject to an administrative fee of 2.5% of the withdrawal amount or Rp 50,000, whichever is lower.
6.1 Bonus Terms: All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by newbet are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotional page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable bonus terms before claiming or using any bonus.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games contribute 100%, sports betting contributes 50% (minimum odds 1.50 required), live casino games contribute 20%, and certain excluded games contribute 0%.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: newbet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have abused or attempted to abuse any bonus or promotion. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses without risk, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the bonus terms.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time: You may only have one active bonus on your Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus will automatically forfeit any existing active bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by newbet. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors in odds, maximum bet limits exceeded, or insufficient Account balance. A bet is not valid until confirmed by our system and a unique bet ID is issued.
7.2 Odds and Results: All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body or official data provider. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the odds that apply to your bet.
7.3 Settlement Errors: If a bet is settled incorrectly due to human error or technical malfunction, newbet reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the bet according to the correct result. This may result in adjustments to your Account balance, including removal of incorrectly credited winnings.
8.1 Random Number Generation: All casino games and slot games offered by newbet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by players or newbet.
8.2 Return to Player (RTP): Each slot game and casino game has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the percentage of all wagered money that the game is programmed to return to players over millions of game rounds. RTP is a long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee specific results in any individual gaming session.
8.3 Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or technical error, all affected bets and game rounds are void. newbet will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, refund the stake amount to your Account. We are not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from game malfunctions.
9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming: newbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. 9.2 Self-Exclusion: If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or open a new Account. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to our customer support team.
9.3 Underage Gaming Prevention: newbet strictly prohibits underage gaming. We employ age verification measures and reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time. If we discover that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the Account, void all bets, and confiscate any deposits and winnings.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
11.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate: newbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, extended periods of inactivity, or at your request.
11.2 Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, all outstanding bets will be settled according to the official results. Any remaining balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds and pending bonus wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your Account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.
11.3 Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the account balance, whichever is lower, deducted monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
12.1 Service Availability: newbet strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to our Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or free from errors. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control including internet service provider failures, network congestion, or server malfunctions.
12.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. newbet disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.3 Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, newbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which newbet's gaming licenses are issued. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first contact newbet customer support in an attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
newbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or notification on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and may close your Account.
